Anotace

• První část práce se věnuje analýze dosavadního fungování e-Govermentu. Nastiňuje jeho vývoj v blízké budoucnosti a dopad na celkovou podobu portálů VS. Dále popisuje vznik informačních systémů a seznamuje s efektivností portálů VS. Vyhodnocené správné zásady při tvorbě portálu VS jsou porovnány se současným stavem portálů VS. V druhé části je navrhnut vlastní informační systém (IS) včetně vhodného grafického návrhu, vytvoření HTML + CSS + PHP stránek napojených na databáze portálů VS. Vytvořený portál analyzujeme ve vyhledávačích SEO (Search Engine Optimization). V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky práce a posouzen dopad projektu na stávající systém portálů VS.

Abstract

• The first part deals with the analysis of current functioning of the e-Goverment. It outlines its development in the near future and determines its impact on the overall form of portals VS. It also describes the emergence of information systems and introduces the efficiency portals VS. The correct principles for VS portal formation are evaluated and then compared with the current state of VS portals. The second part is a proposal of the author’s information system (IS), including appropriate graphic design and creation of HTML + CSS + PHP pages connected to the database portals VS. This is followed by an analysis of websites in SEO search engines (Search Engine Optimization). The conclusion summarizes the results of the work and assesses the impact of the project on the existing system of portals VS.
